So here is a breakdown of what momma ate today:
Breakfast
2 Toaster Strudel at 4 points each (not worth that will not eat that again) 8 points
Lunch
Deli Lunchables....this was a whopper 8 points
Snack
Small apples 1 point
Dinner
Baked potato 4
light sour cream 1
butter 1
chicken pattie 8
cheddar cheese 1
Total for the day: 32
****again not going to say how many points yet***
Not bad for a rotten day at work.... Tomorrow I will let you know if I have lost any weight since Monday. The new rule is Fail to Prepare = Prepare to Fail.
